Anca Florea – Senior Consultant

Anca Florea is a Partner and Manager of the Development Department within the Trend Consult Group.
A graduate of the Management Faculty within the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, she developed a keen interest in human resources while she was still a student.
Anca began her work in Human Resources in 1997, with a start-up telecommunication company – MobilRom, currently Orange. Later on, Anca rose to become a Training Coordinator, a position she held for 4 years; that was also when she specialized in training area. After MobilRom, she was Human Resources Manager within IP Devel, one of the most dynamic software companies in Romania.
In 2003 Anca took the decisive step towards training, by joining the Trend Consult Group where, over the past years, she has developed and implemented training and consultancy programs for the Group’s clients: BCR, BRD, ING, Orange, Vodafone, Intersnack Romania, Genesys Software, Honeywell, Walter Services Romania, etc.
As of 2007, Anca Florea is the Manager of the Trend Consult Development Department. As such, she coordinates a team of consultants with expertise in research & development, whose role is to provide Trend Consult clients targeted learning programs with the latest research-based concepts and methodologies, which and adapted to their specific needs.
