Ciprian Todoca – Senior Consultant

With a degree in International Economic Relations, Ciprian began his career in telecommunications in 1999 in the Customer Service area.
From 1999 to 2007 he worked with Orange Romania, first as a Customer Care Assistant, and later on was promoted to Team Leader, Trainer, and Training Manager.
Ciprian is a Partner within Trend Consult and currently manages the division for customer care and customer care teams management. Over the past four years, he has developed and delivered training programs on telephone and face-to-face communication, sales, management, and personal development.
Ciprian holds an Eagle’s Flight license for experiential learning, and in 2008 he obtained the Huthwaite International license for SKkill4 programs.
As a member of the Trend Consult Group, Ciprian has developed and delivered training and consultancy programs to clients such as Adobe, Alpha Bank, BASS, Bitsoft, BCR, BRD, Dacia, CGS (Easy Call), Elicom, Europapier, Petrom, Purator, Servier, Sodexho, Tornado, Volvo Trucks, Wizrom.
