Delia Taloş – Consultant

Delia graduated from the University of Bucharest, with a degree in Social Assistance. She also holds a Master’s degree in Experiential Psychotherapy from the Romanian Society of Experiential Psychotherapy.
She is an IANLP (International Association for NeuroLinguistic Programming) certified NLP practitioner and an LTS (Learning Transfer Solutions) certified consultant.
Delia worked with Orange Romania for almost eight years, in the Customer Care Department. Initially, she was a Customer Care Representative and then she joined the training team, where she developed and delivered specific training for the department employees for over four years.
In 2007, Delia joined Trend as a member of the R&D team. She develops interpersonal communication training programs both for organizations and their customers. She holds an Eagle’s Flight license in experiential learning.
In 2008 Delia was part of the team that brought LTSI to Romania – the only internationally validated organizational diagnostic instrument, which assesses the obstacles or catalysts for training transfer.
Over the past years, Delia has developed training programs for communication, telephone and face-to-face sales, management, and personal development for Trend Consult customers like: Avangate, BASS, BCR, CGS (Easy Call), Elicom, Petrom, Sodexho, Wolf Theiss etc.
