Marius Merluşcă – Consultant

Marius has an MBA in Management and a BA in Psychology and Education Sciences from the University of Bucharest. In 1998 he obtained an MA in Organizational and Economic Psychology.
The major focus in Marius’s career is set on marketing and communication. He first worked as Marketing and Development Manager and then as an Executive Director in IT&C, a field in which he worked for more than 6 years.
Marius began his career as a trainer in 2004, developing and delivering programs for teams of managers and for employees at operational level. Marius conducted programs for organizational restructuring, working with companies in the IT&C field, distribution and retail.
Since 2007, Marius has been coordinating the ‘Management and Psychology’ Project. It consists in a series of documentaries focusing on aspects of Psychology applied in management. These materials are used by trainers with expertise in courses on the management of objectives, leadership and management communication.
Marius joined the Trend Consult Group in 2008 and has been delivering courses on communication and sales abilities, management, leadership, negotiation, and team-building programs for clients such as AMS 2000, BCR, Dacia, IKEA, Petrom, Vodafone Romania, and more.
