Trend Consult is one of the first training companies from Romania and a pioneer in the sales and experiential learning courses field.

The Trend story begins in 2000, when Adrian and Sabin, two excellent sales people, noticed the lack of professional sales courses on the market and decided to cover this niche themselves.

Thus Trend Consult became a Huthwaite International partner and brought in Romania the most famous sales training course worldwide: SPIN® selling skills.

Then came the development of our own sales and communication courses, with a portfolio thus enriched, the inauguration in 2003 of the first sales academy in Romania, Sales Academy.

Keeping the same innovative trend, Trend Consult became the first company in Romania to promote experiential learning. In 2004, Trend got the exclusive license for Romania for Eagle’s Flight – a Canadian company delivering over 300 programs a month in over 35 countries worldwide. Together with the most creative programs of experiential learning in the world, this niche was also a won bet for Trend Consult.

After 7 years of experience in developing and delivering training courses and learning programs, in 2007, Trend Consult became Trend Consult Group. The creation of specialized training companies that together can generate and ‘connect’ as many learning stimulus is a decisive step ahead towards assuming the Connected Learning concept in everything this company does.
